The grapes are destemmed and subjected to a soft press. The grape-juice obtained is let to settle and slightlydebourbage. The spontaneous fermentation is carried under controlled temperatures in stainless tanks. Then, the devatting is performed and the thinnest lees are dissolved. The wine stands on the lees for 3 months prior to decanting, filtering and bottling.
Appearance: Bright and clean yellow straw-coloured with golden highlights.Nose: Highlight the aromas of the variety with hints of citrus and alga.Taste: Fresh and intense. Mineral aftertaste, vibrant acidity and salinity that, along with the carbonic remains, make the wine fresh and young without being aggressive.
