Calle 23 Cocktails
We have put together a great selection of Calle 23 cocktails for you to experiment with:

Yucatan Sour - created by Wahaca, Soho
35ml Orange & red chilli infused Calle 23 Reposado
25ml Orange juice
12.5ml Lime juice
5ml Gomme
Egg white
Instructions: Shake vigorously.

Rita 23
50ml Calle 23 Blanco
20ml Calvados
25ml freshly squeezed lime juice
10/15ml Agave syrup/ Gomme (to taste)
Instructions: Shake vigorously with ice. Double strain in a rocks glass filled with fresh ice cubes. No salt.
Garnish: 3 lime wheels

Gold Rush
50ml Calle 23 Blanco
10ml Galliano l'Autentico
100ml pineapple juice (fresher the better)
20ml freshly squeezed lime juice
1 basil leaf
10/15ml Agave syrup/ Gomme (to taste)
Instructions: Shake vigorously with ice. Double strain in a cocktail glass.
Garnish: Pink grapefruit peel on the glass rim

Callery Pear
50ml Calle 23 Reposado
25ml Moscatel wine
5ml Mezcal (smokey one)
20ml freshly squeezed lime juice
10/15ml Agave syrup/ Gomme (to taste)
1/2 pear
Instructions: Muddle the pear in the shaker, add the rest of the ingredients and shake hard with ice cubes. Fine strain in a cocktail glass.
Garnish: Pear slice and 2 basil leaves.

Frida (Ramos Gin Fizz revisited)
50ml Calle 23 Reposado
25ml G'Vine Nouaison
25ml freshly squeezed lime juice
25ml semi-skimmed milk
10/15ml Agave syrup/ Gomme (to taste)
Instructions: Shake vigorously with ice. Double strain in a rocks glass, filled with fresh ice cubes.
Garnish: Flowers, flowers, flowers, colours and good scents.

Pick Me Up at 2.30
75ml Calle 23 Añejo
10ml Italian Grappa (a soft one)
25ml Expresso coffee
10/15ml Agave syrup/ Gomme (to taste)
Instructions: Let the coffee cool down. Then, shake all the ingredients. Fine strain in a cocktail glass.
Garnish: Gently add some grounded coffee on the glass sides.
