Zenna Bar ran a fantastic Flor de Cana tasting event and created two delicious cocktails that you can try at home! You can recreate the cocktails by following the recipe and mixing the ingredients. You will also find a short comment from Zenna's Bar Manager, Dan Thomson, about both cocktails.

Florever Young
40 ml Flor de Cana 4yr
20 ml passionfruit syrup
20 ml lemon juice
60 ml cranberry juice
40 ml pineapple juice
20 ml passionfruit puree
Comments from Zenna: "This came about to play off the balance of the white rum, because the rum isnt too sharp or too sweet... The syrup and lemon juice balance, and the lightly sweet pineapple balances with the lightly sour cranberry."

Summer Punch
40 ml Flor de Cana 7yr
10 ml absinthe
10 ml wray and nephew
100 ml lychee juice
20 ml strawberry puree
10 ml lime juice
10 ml sugar syrup
10 ml lime cordial
Comments from Zenna: "A really great tropical mixture of ingredients to make a lovely summer punch that hints at the absinthe and overproof rum. This drink is all about flavour with a summer sweetness which plays right into the 7yr olds strengths."
