Here are some great cocktail ideas using Jaral de Berrio Mezcal:

60ml Mezcal Jaral de Berrio
1/3 jalapeño pepper
2 English cucumbers
15ml Agave Nectar or Agave Syrup
Method: Muddle jalapeño pepper slices and English cucumber chunks, add the agave nectar or syrup, the lemon and the mezcal. Mix in a shaker with ice, strain and serve.
Glass: Martini glass.
Garnish: slice of English cucumber.

60ml Mezcal Jaral de Berrio
120ml Cranberry Juice
1/2 Lime Juice
Method: Pour all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Add the lime juice. Shake and serve.

60ml Mezcal Jaral de Berrio
6-8 Basil Leaves
1 1/2 Lime Juice
45ml Agave Nectar or Syrup
Club Soda
Angostura Bitters
Method: In the glass, add 2 ice cubes, lime juice, agave nectar or syrup and basil leaves. Gently macerate the basil leaves and add the mezcal. Fill the glass with frappe ice and pour the club soda. Finish with 2 dashes of angostura bitters.
Glass: Highball or trendy glass.
Garnish: Mint leaves covered with powered sugar.
Drop of Chambourd
25ml Mezcal Jaral de Berrio
Method: Put a drop of Chambourd in a shot glass and fill with mezcal.
