The following cocktails were created by John Leese at McQueen Shoreditch in London. They are based on our Grande Champagne Cognac brand, François Voyer and were inspired by our master class held at McQueen's on the 23rd March 2011.
Ingredients
40ml Voyer VSOP
30ml Voyer Pineau des Charentes Rouge
2 dashes of whisky barrel bitters
Method: Stir the ingredients together
Garnish: Orange peel garnish

30ml Sangiovese wine
1 dash of peach bitters
1 dash of sugar

50ml Voyer VSOP
15ml fresh lemon juice
10ml sugar
10ml apricot brandy
Method: Stir the ingredients together
