In 1989, the winery and the vineyards were renovated. The old viura (Macabeo) vines were radically pruned and trained . This marked the change from a local house wine producer to a sophisticated premium wine producer. The wines are now in there prime 20 years on and the Viura really displays this with great minerality. More Finca Cerrada
Tasting Notes: "Lemon and pineapple aromas dominate the elegant nose, followed by a minerality that adds a great level of complexity and interest. On the palate the wine is crisp, dry and citrus dominated. Very easy drinking."
