Coming from the renowned Central Valley, where the vineyards are crowded between the foot of the imposing Andes mountain range and the expanse of the Pacific Ocean, only partially protected by the coastal mountain range, the vines here are kept in unique climatic conditions that are perfect for premium wine production. The cold polar currents brought up the coast by the Humboldt Current cool the vines during the hot days, lengthening the potential growing season. The cold air currents from the Andes also descend each night to cool the grapes again. This diurnal cooling of the fruit leads to intense, fresh, vibrant fruit flavours.

The unique location of the Central Valley, between vast oceans and towering mountains, has also created a natural barrier for many pests commonly found in other vineyards around the world. This allows producers to practice more sustainable farming methods easily.
