The Vineyards are located just outside the Roman City of Nîmes on some of the sunniest slopes of the Languedoc. Being in the heart of the Vin de Pays D’Oc the winemakers philosophy is to make approachable, enjoyable wines.
The vineyards are pruned carefully to allow the optimum sunshine and shade to reach the vines and grapes.
The grapes are picked when fully ripe, and are kept cool on the way to the winery so that the wines made have a generous, juicy fruit character but are not “jammy” or stewed.
