These wines are made by an esteemed family of winemakers, the Bonhomme family, in the Loire Valley. The grapes are sourced from reputed growers that have supplied the Bonhommes for many years, and can be relied upon to maintain the high standards of quality that is required in the vineyards.
The merlot grapes are sourced from the sunny slopes of the Vin de Pays D’Oc, where they have been able to reach full ripeness before being picked at night to capture the fresh fruit aromas in the wine.
The sauvignon is sourced from the heart land of high quality French sauvignon – the Loire Valley. The vineyards are just around the villages of Touraine and Anjou and the classic terroir minerality and crispness is clear in the wine.
