We are delighted to be the first to import from talented winemaker Christophe Coquard as he returns to his family vineyards following a global wine making tour, and 3 years working in London for various importers.
The Coquard family have been making Beaujolais for many generations and have now cultivated wonderful old vines, which have low but intense yields of great gamay grapes.
The wines are made traditionally and carefully to ensure a classic style with clear quality.
Christophe has developed a great style too with his labels, inviting local artists to depict the Beaujolais villages characteristics within the Maison image.
