Tasting Notes: Clear and bright. Early Fruity Aroma with citrus shades. The Oxygenate releases scents of peach. At mouth, moderate sweetness typical of non-aromatic varieties.
Growing and Harvesting Conditions: Our grapes grow at Spanish vine, with few plants per hectare. The slightly high temperature at harvest time and the reduced productivity increased sugars and grape aromas concentration.
Distillation Conditions: More than six kilograms of fresh grapes are used per liter of Pisco. They’re collected at low humidity in the still in order to maintain the original aromas.
