Gin
Gin is a clear spirit flavoured with a variety of ingredients, or botanicals, based predominantly on juniper. Other common botanicals include coriander, citrus peel, angelica, orris root, cassia bark and liquorice. Many modern gins use more esoteric botanicals, such as manuka berries, dragon eye, green tea or cucumber. More information on Gin
