 Amathus is now able to offer professional advice on your wine list selection.  Our wine buyer, Sarah, has been studying the trends and “must haves” of wine lists across the country - from one page menus to encyclopaedic volumes of bins and is now available to help consult on your wine list.

Sarah is a strong believer in seasonal wines, and we will be showcasing menus over the next year that match the seasons, show off our exclusive wines and help create interest from your customers.
