Ratafia
Ratafia can be a sweet liqueur made from wine and brandy and flavoured with added fruits such as peach, or cherry kernels, bitter almonds or other fruits. Ratafia is better known as a fortified wine produced with distilled wine (Marc) to which unfermented grape juice has been added and best served as an aperitif.
