Pinotage
Pinotage is South Africa's signature grape variety and was bred there from a cross of Cinsault and Pinot Noir. Pinotage tends to produce deeply coloured wines with bramble, smoky and earthy notes. Pinotage is a required component in "Cape Blend" South African wines.
