Syrah\Shiraz
Shiraz is the Australian and South African name for Syrah. Syrah is a grape varietal from the Northern Rhône. In France it is widely used in blends such as adding structure and backbone with Grenache in Southern Rhône wines. Notes of black pepper and dark chocolate are the varietal's signature.
