Pinot Noir

Pinot noir is notoriously difficult to cultivate, and so is rarely made into a rosé wine, as red wines traditionally command higher prices. However, the rosés made from Pinot are often some of the best as the light red fruit flavours, high acidity and spicy nature of Pinot really works well as a rosé.
