Chenin Blanc
Chenin Blanc is a grape variety with many guises. Originally from the Loire, Chenin Blanc produces a wide variety of styles of wine there from dry, medium-dry to sweet noble rots. Flavours range from flowers, damp straw, yellow apples to stupendous gems of honey, lime and toast. Increasingly, producers in South Africa, South America, New Zealand and California are starting to take note.
