Riesling
Riesling is a grape variety that produces refreshingly acidic wines. At home in Germany's Mosel and Pfalz regions, Riesling produces light lemony, crisp, minerally white wines. The Wachau in Austria and the Alsace in France also produce world-class Rieslings. Riesling is a early ripening variety and it has also made it's home in the cooler wine regions of the world such as Australia's Eden and Clare Valleys, New Zealand and Washington.
