Kings County Distillery is New York City’s oldest operating whiskey distillery, the first since prohibition. Founded in 2010 by Colin Spoelman and David Haskell, they make handmade moonshine and bourbon out of the 115-year-old Paymaster Building in the Brooklyn Navy Yard.
Tasting Notes: Infused with cut grapefruits and whole jalapeño peppers, designed to strike just the right balance of citrus, bitterness, and heat. This is a great substitute for tequila in margaritas or over ice as a perfect summer refresher.
