For more than ten years distiller Florian Faude has been operating a small distillery in Bötzingen in South- Germany; one of the most fertile fruit, wine and vegetable cultivation regions in the world. Florian produces a clean and unique range of locally sourced fruit and vegetable flavoured spirits and liqueurs, including a beetroot and green walnut liqueur.
The Beet Roots are field fresh when they hit the pure alcohol (grain spirit). Its only macerated for 2 days, after this they are distilled to a pure concentrate of earth and the typically freshness of the beet root. The smooth and light sweetness comes straight from the field. Nothing more is added.
