1615 Pisco

1615 Pisco

Pisco 1615 pays tribute to individuals who began farming more over 400 years ago, in  the same location and on the same terrain. The biggest indicator of a farmer's quality is their perseverance and enthusiasm. They stand for the new era of pisco by preserving heritage and fusing it with modern distillation and mixology techniques.

243 kilometres south of Lima, in the Province of Pisco, is where you can find Bodega San Nicolas S.A.C. The vineyard was formerly a part of the historic Hacienda of Santa Cruz de Lanchas, which dates back to the 16th century. Jesuit monks maintained the grapes and produced and marketed Pisco during the colonial era.
