The estate is run by Frédéric Champault in Crézancy in the Southwest of Sancerre and covers 17 hectares. Plots of vines are divided up among a variety of terroirs close to the domaine on limestone, clay-limestone, pebbly and red earth soils. This diversity of soil types gives the estate’s wines their specificity and finesse.
Frédéric Champault cultivates his vineyard with full respect for the environment and vinifies his wines by using a combination of modern and traditional techniques.
