Slow and progressive reduction by adding fair-trade liquid sugar, natural cocoa extract and demineralised water to get a full and perfect harmonisation.

Style: Clear, deep brown with shades of amber
Nose: Intense cocoa beans and dark chocolate
Palate: Slightly sweet dark chocolate and faint black pepper spice that builds in bitterness
Finish: Slight spicyness emerges on the long lingering bitter chocolate finish.
