Château Haut-Mayne is the second wine of Château Caillou. The grapes are carefully selected and softly pressed without oxygen. Following fermentation in tanks the wine is aged 18 months in French oak barrels. The nose is mineral with citrus marmalade fruit. The mouth is rich but well-balanced with candied fruits and peach aromas. Long length with subtle spice flavours.
