Location: Evia, Greece
The Mountrichas family has been growing grapes since 1830, and today Apostolos and his wife Lenga make the wines. The 20 hectares estate is located on the island of Evia, just off the East Coast of Greece.
A combination of red and white traditional and international varieties are planted, producing both blended and single varietal wines at a range of levels from their clay and gravel vineyards.
This is a range of expressive wines which combine tradition and modernity to provide great quality and value. The top wines are some of the very best we’ve tried from Greece.
