Floriane and Olivier Azan purchased Château Petit Roubié in 1981 and converted into an organic farm in 1995. In 2012, they were the only certified organic estate in the entire appellation, Picpoul de Pinet.
Today, Olivier and Floriane are in charge of 60 hectares of Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Tannat, Carignan, Sauvignon Blanc and mostly Picpoul.

Tasting Notes: Salmon-pink with appealing wild red berries and nectarine on the nose. Medium-bodied, juicy and fresh. A fantastic dry rose with plenty of flavours and character while retaining elegance.
