Recognised as the creator of Vermouth de Chambéry, Dolin has cooked up the same recipes in the Alpine hills in Chambéry since 1821. Dolin has long been the benchmark for fine Vermouth and is one of the few remaining independent producers of Vermouth. Coeur de Genepi is an aromatic aperitif flavoured with wormwood flower heads and is traditionally sipped before a meal, letting the incredibly refreshing and fragrant palate prepare you for your meal.
Tasting notes: Dolin Le Coeur de Genepi is easy to recognise, with its brilliant tender, pale green robe highlighted with glints of gold. The bouquet is powerfull, intense and straightforward, leading to grassy notes of artemisia, softened with floral notes of violet.
