Founded in 1962, Sibiliana is a cooperative of vine growers from Sicily. They work together to produce exceptional quality wines and are recognised as one of the Italy's leading producers of Grillo and Nero D'Avola. Pioneers of organic viticuture in Sicily, several years ago they identified vineyards ideal for low intervention grape-growing and have also harnessed modern technology to make vegan-friendly wines which successfully represent their origins and respect the local environment.
Located on the western hills of Sicily, the vineyards overlook the Mediterranean sea and benefit from the perfect combination of hot summer days tempered by sea breezes and sunshine; the perfect conditions to grow healthy grapes.
The grapes are gently pressed with cold settling and a cool fermentation and ageing in stainless steel.
Tasting Notes: Floral aromas of grapefruit and melon. Medium bodied with a round, juicy mid-palate and refreshing vibrant citrus finish
