#2 FRANÇOIS VOYER COGNAC GRANDE CHAMPAGNE AMATHUS SPECIAL SELECTION

The François Voyer Cognac Grande Champagne Amathus Special Selection is a blend of finer vintages from the early to mid-1970s. Plenty of floral and fragrant fruit, quince, vanilla, caramel and coffee spice. The flavour will linger on the palate leading to a long, enjoyable and satisfying finish.

#3 CASTILLO DE MENDOZA RIOJA RESERVA

Castillo de Mendoza's Rioja Alta wines are released only at their peak. Their Reserva is from old-vine Tempranillo, matured for 36 months in barrel & bottle. Full of lush, velvety, bramble fruits and sweet spices.

4 SPIRIT OF HVEN WINTER SPIRIT

On the island of Hven located in the strait of Oresund between Denmark and Sweden lies the Spirit of Hven distillery. Founded in 2008, this family-owned distillery became the third pot still distillery ever to be built in Sweden and is one of the world’s smallest commercial pot distilleries.

A Bergère is a high-quality grower Champagne house based in the Côtes des Blancs region. Their Blanc de Blancs Solera is 100% Chardonnay with low dosage and partially barrel fermented for extra complexity. An elegant, crisp Champagne with notes of white peach and nougat and a gorgeous creamy palate.

Made with Carricante from the volcanic slopes Mount Etna and Chardonnay from Corleone, Vivera A'mami is an organic Italian dry white wine with delicate aromas of white stone fruit, wildflowers and beeswax. The fresh yet rich palate is beautifully textured with vibrant minerality.

#9 MICHEL COUVREUR OVERAGED MALT WHISKY

Michel Couvreur Overaged Malt Whisky is his flagship, blending malt spirits distilled in Scotland and, in Michel's signature style, maturing them in different ex-Sherry casks in his cellars in Burgundy. Though this carries no age statement, the Overaged Malt is matured a minimum 12 years.

The result is a classic sherried whisky, blending a whiff of peat smoke and honey with bags of dried fruit, chocolate and Christmas cake.

#10 CHATEAU D'ANGLUDET 2010

Chateau Angludet is located in the Bordeaux appellation of Margaux and their biodynamic wines enjoy a reputation for their elegance, finesse and exceptional ageing potential. The wonderful 2010 vintage is deep and complex with a great concentration of dark fruits and spice. This stock has come directly from the cellars of the chateau, ensuring immaculate provenance.

#11 CHÂTEAU DE LAUBADE BAS ARMAGNAC XO

Chateau de Laubade was founded in 1870 in the heart of Gascony, the original home of distillation in France, and has been owned by the Lesgourgues family since 1974. The vineyards, occupying 105 hectares, are situated in the top growth Bas Armagnac region; Ugni Blanc, Baco, Colombard and Folle Blanche are cultivated using organic methods, then vinified and distilled at the Château.

#12 CÁLEM 10 YEART OLD TAWNY PORT

Cálem 10 Year Old Tawny Port, from this Portuguese house that specialises in Tawnies, is a trophy-winning, barrel-aged Port with complex, dried red fruit, raisin and nuts. Extremely versatile. Situated on the south bank of the Douro River, this wine estate has an area of 300 hectares, 100 of which are occupied by the best vineyards of the Douro Demarcated Region, classified with the letter “A”.
