Adonis Cocktail Recipe


  • 60ml Argueso Oloroso Sherry
  • 30ml Joseph Cartron Le Vermouth Rouge
  • 2 dashes Regan’s Orange Bitters
  • One strip of orange zest



Step One

Add the sherry, vermouth and bitters to a mixing tin (or mixing glass) filled with ice.

Step Two

Stir with a long spoon until the exterior is cold to the touch, and strain into a glass.

Step Three

Twist a strip of orange zest over the glass (to release the aromatic oils) and drop it in.


TOP TIP: Oloroso can keep in the fridge for weeks, so you’ll now have a bottle ready for sipping, cocktails and cooking.
