Aloha '65

A truly versatile, all-natural, infused spirit.  Spirit of Aloha 65 is beautifully made by infusing neutral grain spirit separately with a handful of carefully selected fresh fruits, herbs and spices including pineapple, lemon, ginger and scotch bonnet chilli.

Aloha 65 takes about a month to make, which allows the natural flavour of the fresh ingredients to naturally steep the distillates with their individual flavours.  The separate infusions are then carefully blended together, et Aloha! Sunshine in a bottle.

Extraordinarily versatile,  Aloha 65 is delicious on its own over ice as an aperitif/digestif or taken as a chilled shot, but like nothing else as a long drink, particularly our signature "Alohan" : just mix with ginger ale.  For the more adventurous, Aloha 65 works brilliantly as the heart of a new cocktail or to put a twist on a classic. Vegan-friendly.

Tasting Notes: Notes of fresh pineapple,  balanced with citrus, a hint of ginger and chilli. Suffused with herbaceous tones.  Refreshing, reviving and packed full of flavour.
