Brooklyn Gin is super premium small batch gin made in New York. Brooklyn Gin is made with 100% fresh citrus peels and hand-cracked juniper. Using one Copper Pot Still, founders Emil Jättne and Joe Santos set out to make a high-quality, small-batch, American gin using fresh ingredients and traditional methods. It takes three days to make 300 bottles of gin. In kinship with the craftsman who embody the Brooklyn spirit.
Tasting Notes: Crisp citrus backed by a big, fragrant lavender note on the nose. The fresh citrus flavours rush the front of the taste bringing levity and bright acidity, with the soft lavender and deep juniper emerging thereafter and underpinning the journey. The smooth floral notes linger long on the gin’s silky finish.
