Brooklyn Lager is amber-gold in colour and displays a firm malt centre supported by a fine bitterness and floral hop aroma.
Caramel malts show in the finish, with the aromatic qualities enhanced from dry-hopping during the long, cold maturation process. Did you know? Milton Glaser, best known for the iconic 'I Love New York' campaign, was commissioned to create the unique Brooklyn Brewery company logo.
