Bodegas Carelli is owned by a family that has been making wines for three generations in Mendoza. In 1943 Santos J. Carelli acquired the winery and introduced vines in their lands, prioritising quality vines for the production of its wines. The company is currently owned by Santos ́son, Enrique J. Carelli, third generation of winemakers in Mendoza. Enrique continues to incorporate new technologies and keeps alive the entrepreneurial spirit of its founder.
Grape Varieties - 100% Malbec.
Vinification - The grapes are meticulously picked by hand and aged in French and American oak.
Tasting Note - A bouquet of red fruits, chocolate and coffee notes that lead to strong but elegant flavours on the palate of black fruits and liquorice.
