Cartron specialises in the production of liqueurs, crèmes, ratafia, marc, eaux-de-vie, with a team of craftsmen using age old recipes.

Joseph Cartron’s Caramel Liqueur is made from liquid cooking caramel, a token of richness, flavour and greed. Its appetising amber colour, as well as its incomparable length in the mouth, produces a very elegant liqueur, perfect in the making of savoury cocktails.

Tasting Notes: The nose is intense with salty butter and brown sugar notes. Hints of custard and vanilla sugar. The mouth is based on elegance and finesse. No feeling of sugarness. Remarkable purity and exceptional length.
