Charly Nicolle Petit Chablis
Domaine Charly Nicolle is a family estate located 4 kilometers east of the town of Chablis at the edge of the tiny village of Fleys. The owner and winemaker is Charly Nicolle himself, a seventh-generation vigneron who learned the craft of winemaking from his father, Robert.
The Domaine has 26 hectares of Chardonnay vines which are planted across the clay and limestone soils of the Serein River valley. The average age of the vines is 20 years, with the oldest 65 years.
Grape Varieties: 100% Chardonnay
Tasting Notes: Intense aromas with ripe fruits and notes of acacia honey and lemon peel. Clean mineral finish.
