Château de Nestuby Rosé
Château Nestuby is a family-run vineyard ideally nestled in the picturesque village of Cotignac in the heart of the Provence Verte. The story of Château Nestuby is above all one of a “love at first sight” encounter between a man, Jean Roubaud, and an exceptional sun drenched piece of land, irrigated by the source which name it bears.
As of 1947, generations of wine-growers have followed one another, sharing a same respect and passion: a multigenerational know-how leading to the production of a whole range of quality red, rosé and white wines. The state is today run by Romain Roubaud and his parents, Jean-François and Nathalie, with a close attention given to every detail.
The harvest is 100% destemmed, then crushed via direct pneumatic pressing. Temperatures are strictly regulated during the whole process.
Grape Varieties: 40% Syrah, 25% Grenache, 35% Cinsault.
Tasting Note: An elegant pale pink colour. The nose is delicate yet expressive, encompassing ripe red berries, white peach and flowery aromas such as rose and jasmine. In the mouth, this rosé reaches its full potential with a noteworthy freshness and liveliness. It has subtle tannins and great elegance.
