Curious Brew is an excellent lager from top English wine producer Chapel Down. It is re-fermented with Champagne yeast for a clean, fruity, fragrant finish. A 12-pack will keep the cupboard stocked.
A curiously unique lager beer with Champagne yeast. Use east anglian malt saaz and cascade hops, then re-ferment using champagne yeast before adding a "dosage" of the rare and fragrant nelson sauvin hop.
Full-flavoured and well balanced with aromatic hoppy notes and a uniquely crisp refreshing finish. Creating a beer that has balance, depth, flavour and style and which does what a great lager beer should do first and last refresh.
