Domaine de Petit Roubié L'Arbre Blanc
Floriane and Olivier Azan purchased Château Petit Roubié in 1981 and converted into an organic farm in 1995. In 2012, they were the only certified organic estate in the entire appellation, Picpoul de Pinet.

Tasting Notes: A serious white wine of great richness and complexity. A powerful nose of honeyed peach and lorquat flecked with lime and green herbs.
Ripe, textured, creamy palate with subtle hints of toasted almond and nougat. Long and layered; a great example of the Languedoc's potential for top-quality white wines.
Food Match: A great partner for braised cuttlefish, roast chicken or turbot.
