Tasting Notes: A very aromatic Bitter of lavender, with a delicate undertone of winerose. Winerose is a species of rose native to Europe known for its fruit, the rose hip. Goes especially well with softer Gins that are subtle enough for the fine flavors of this bitter to emerge.
