The flagship wine from Italian icon Gaja, this exquisite Barbaresco is a barrel-aged blend of Nebbiolo from 14 vineyards, combining to create a red wine of immense complexity and class.
Ruby garnet with a brilliant polish. Fresh plums, pomegranate, and rhubarb aromas are prominent on the nose, which is balanced. On the palate, it is very refined, with a lot of fine-meshed tannins that expand out smoothly and persistently, luscious fruit, and a savory finish.
