Hayman's Sloe Gin

Styled as ‘true English gin,’ Hayman’s prides itself on its subtlety and nuanced complexity made in the three stills affectionately named Majorie, Karin and Mirander.  Hayman’s take great pride in the balance of their sloe gin, knowing success means “Not too sweet, not too tart and you need to be able to taste the gin!”  The English sloe berries are steeped for three to four months in classic Hayman’s recipe resulting in notes of plum and frangipane but with that vital ‘gin’ note retained.  Not limited to just a winter snifter, Hayman’s Sloe Gin makes for summer refreshment when combined with the spritz of a sparkling wine.
