The winemaking is simple and clean and unobtrusive, creating a wine that tastes of terroir, and delicate handling.
Grape Varieties: 100% Dolcetto.
Tasting Notes: An intense and lively ruby colour, wonderful hints of violets and cherries. It is a dry, soft and with aromas of nougat on the palate.
