It is one of the worlds most popular varites, adored for its aromas of red fruit, flowers, and sublte spices, which are emphasised by a classic lengthy, silky finish.

Clément and Florian Berthier are among the Loire's most talented young winemakers, making superb Pinot Noirs such as this Sancerre Rouge, with vibrant, stewed red fruits and a whisper of pepper.
Sancerre is known for its white wine production but as the climate changes it has displayed its capacity for outstanding Pinot Noir. The vines for this wine are planted in Sainte Gemme village on Burgundian clay-limestone soil.
