Mermaid Gin

Mermaids is a smooth refreshing gin, encapturing the freshness of coastal air from locally foraged rock samphire, citrus notes derived from lemon zest and hints of pepper from the grains of paradise.

This infusion of carefully selected botanicals, including elderflower, coriander seeds & locally grown hops give Mermaids a distinct crispness fully capturing the laidback, island way of life and true island spirit.

Before distilling commences our botanicals are steeped for a whole day & night to allow all of the essential oils to be released. Following this the spirit is distilled for a full day & left to rest for a further week. Never rushed, always adored.
