To make this British classic, Sipsmith leave hand-picked sloe berries to rest with their award-winning London Dry Gin for 3-4 months before tasting and declaring the batch ready.
The result is a delicious, sweet and fruity gin bursting with cherry ripeness, with hints of cassis and almond. Reminiscent of the very best Bakewell Tart, it’s perfect for cocktails or charming enough to be sipped on its own.
Although traditionally enjoyed in winter this is a delightful drink to be enjoyed all year round.
