Please note: Due to the high value of this bottle it is available on Click and Collect ONLY. Exceptionally few bottles of Down to Work are available, we are restricting purchases to 1 bottle per customer. Additional orders will be cancelled and refunded.

Due to its high value, we recommend collecting this item from one of our stores. Alternatively, this item will be dispatched via London City Bond high-value delivery service which may take 5-7 working days. Our Customer Service Team will be in contact to confirm options.

This limited-edition whisky's label artwork was chosen because it conveys a very important tale about a pivotal moment in The Macallan's history: a time when, despite pressure to compromise, the choice was made to continue employing sherry-seasoned oak casks. This commitment continues to shape The Macallan today.

The original labelled bottle depicting this remarkable story has been put in The Macallan Archives, and limited edition digital reproductions of this label are available. Only 322 bottles of the same rich 1967 spirit are available in the same European oak box, which includes a green leather book with 13 label artworks from the Anecdotes of Ages Collection.
