Tasting Notes

The cider presents a bright, golden hue with a slight haze, indicative of its natural fermentation process. On the nose, it offers a medley of fresh apple aromas, complemented by subtle earthy undertones. The palate delivers a crisp, clean taste with a harmonious balance of sweetness and acidity, featuring notes of ripe orchard fruits and a touch of tartness from the wild fermentation. The finish is smooth and slightly dry, making it exceptionally drinkable and sessionable.
