Delivery Information


The cut-off for deliveries to arrive before Christmas Day has now passed. If you are looking to re-stock for New Year, please place your orders as soon as possible. Please note that deliveries outside the M25 are made by our courier partner. Due to high demand and Covid staff shortages, courier delivery times are longer, so please order as early as you can to get your drinks in time.

Our 8 stores in London, Brighton and Bath are also open between Christmas and New Year for any additional drinks you may need.



Our head office and warehouse situated at 309 Elveden Road, Park Royal NW10 7ST is open for business at levels to meet ongoing demand between 8.00am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays. We are not operating a voicemail service so please call between these times to speak to a member of staff.

Free delivery is available for orders above £300 ex VAT.

Our next-day delivery cut-off deadline is 12.00pm, Monday – Friday. To allow for order processing time, orders should be placed at least 90 minutes before that deadline, in order to be delivered by 5.30pm on the next delivery day in your area. Our vans deliver daily to central London.

There is no minimum order quantity but this is subject to a delivery charge of £10 ex VAT if less than £300, with an additional £3 for every 10kg above 20kg.


You can continue to place orders via our website and we will deliver to your doorstep. 

We charge a flat fee of £6.90 for delivery (£5.75 is the ex VAT price  / £1.15 is the VAT) if your order is under 20kg and £10 inc VAT if the order is over 20kg. Free delivery is available for orders above £100 (inc VAT).

We aim to ship items within the same working day but always within 2 working days, subject to the order being placed before 2pm and subject to the availability of stock. *If stock is not available at our warehouse and needs to come back from one of our stores before we ship to you, your order may take up to 5 working days to be shipped – whether that is to your delivery address or to one of our stores.

All our deliveries are put on a next day delivery service via our APC courier. When your order is available for delivery, APC will send you a time slot so please make sure you are in to receive your parcel. Once your order has been despatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email and the following day you will receive a text from our courier with a delivery window. If your order has still not arrived, please email, quoting your order number.

Look out for your shipment confirmation email, as once you receive this your order will arrive the following day.  

Northern Ireland deliveries: due to logistical issues, our courier, APC, is not able to deliver to Northern Ireland. We therefore cannot accept orders for delivery to Northern Ireland and, with regret, we will have to cancel and refund any such orders that are placed.

Click and collect is also available from any of our store locations during store opening times.

Retail Shops 

Our retail stores have re-opened and until further notice are trading within limited hours 7 days a week, with the exception of our City store which has temporarily closed. Our Shoreditch store will take Amathus City orders in the interim. 

Click and Collect from our Stores

If you would like to collect your order from an Amathus store and save on delivery costs, this will usually take 1-2 working days. This is subject to availability of stock, which will be confirmed by Amathus after your order is placed. A member of staff at the store will give you a call once your order is ready for collection. You will be required to show proof of ID and payment card used before we can hand over the goods. You must arrange suitable transport to collect the goods.

Please note that 'click and collect' orders placed after 2pm on a Friday will be unavailable for collection over the weekend. You will need to wait until the following Monday to collect the order from your nominated store. Our store opening times can be found on each individual store page via stores.

You must be 18 or over to buy alcohol. You must not buy alcohol on behalf of under 18's. We apply "Challenge 21" policy to all delivery and collection orders. We will not supply if the person receiving or collecting orders appears under the age of 21.
